Black Currant Oil

Our black currant oil capsules contain rich gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) with a content of around 15%. The GLA content found in black currant oil is a lot higher than what you can find in evening primrose oil. Although our bodies can generate GLA from other dietary Omega-6 fatty acids, GLA can be more efficiently utilized for body functions when supplied through dietary sources directly.
